So here's to a NEW year!!!! 2016...... I am done with Radiation....YEAH!!!!! as of December 29th. I'm excited to start this year with clean eating, exercise, fun with family and friends and to especially time with my sweet husband. Hopefully we will be able to do a little bit of traveling!
I hope that everyone has something wonderful to celebrate this year. One thing that I learned is that life will throw you a surprise. As with 2015 the surprise of Breast Cancer threw us for a spin. Everyone said that I will look back on this and think "Did I really go through all that". Although that hasn't hit me yet and I still cry from time to time longing for the day when I can feel like me again. I know that one day I will look back and realize that I did grow from the experience. And like most things TIME does heal all wounds.
So while I am healing I'm going to be focusing on exercise and clean eating...... Please follow me this year on my road back to Health and Happiness.... I promise you there will be more post and they will be more positive this year!
